We are pleased to announce that the next session of the 2-day workshop will take place on Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th July 2008 at our HQ in Burnham.

This 2-day interactive workshop has been designed to support and provide knowledge to those who implement and manage mentoring programmes. The objectives are for delegates to:

• Gain a common understanding of what mentoring is
• Explore the 5 key stages of implementing a mentoring programme
• Have an opportunity to design and practice programme elements
• Define the role and responsibilities of a mentoring programme coordinator
• Be introduced to the International Standards for Mentoring Programmes in Employment
• Gain access to the Clutterbuck Associates' pro-forma documents and questionnaires

Delegates take away an extensive manual of good practice and a CD-ROM containing useful pro-forma documents, checklists and analytical and diagnostic tools. You can adapt these documents and tools to use within your own organisation.

The cost per delegate is £1275 (excluding VAT).
